Audition Preparation Suggestions for Aida

Aida's music is written in the pop style. Do not choose an audition piece from Aida unless the show you are auditioning for is also in this style.

Aida (Mezzo-Soprano: Low F - High F)
an Ethiopian slave who discovers she is really a princess. A beautiful Nubian Princess, daughter of King Amonasro, who truly loves her people and will sacrifice everything for their happiness.
Radames (Tenor: Ab - Bb)
A handsome, Egyptian Captain, son of Zoser, who enjoys the adventures of war without realizing its devastation. He is a good man who wants to be a better man.
